Linda was referred to me by my work colleague and I was so glad I was able to make contact with her. She has been a blessing as a realtor and was instrumental in helping us secure a place with a bidding war going on. she understands her clients needs and is also able to understand what the buyer is looking and will submit an offer that will be beneficial to both parties and with her guidance and leadership we are a proud owner of our investment property in Texas. When it came time to rent it out, we again went with Linda to find us a reliable tenant who can not only take care of the monthly payments but also take great care of the house.
